Shipping fees do not apply to any search report products. All search products and reports are delivered in PDF format by email.

Corporate Kits and Supplies
A standard shipping fee applies to all Corporate Kits and Supplies that will be indicated in the order process. The rates will vary depending on the destination address (City and Province). Most products ordered before 2:00 pm are shipped out for next day delivery. However, it will vary depending on the destination address. Shipments outside of Ontario to another Province can take up to 5 business days or more.

Can I pick-up the supplies from Centro’s downtown office?
Supplies can be picked up from our downtown Toronto office but shipping charges still apply. The corporate supply products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. We do not stock corporate supply products at our location.

Shipping Rates
Courier shipping fees within Ontario start at $12.50 and vary based on destination address. Courier charges for shipments outside Ontario, across Canada, will vary and some destinations may require a custom shipping quote.

Shipments of Corporate Supplies to the U.S. are not available at this time.

Deliveries may be delayed in the event of a holiday. Products are shipped between Monday and Friday.

There are no refunds or returns for electronic search report products.

Corporate Kits and Supplies
There are no refunds or returns on Corporate Kits and Supplies unless there is a manufacturer defect in the product or there is an error in the customization of the product. Customization refers to the engraving, embossing, or the printing of the corporate name on the various products. The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring the correct information is provided when placing the order. Charges will apply for corrected products due to client error.
