Ontario Corporate Profile Report

The Corporation Profile Report from the Ontario Business Registry includes a Document List, which lists all documents filed by the corporation since June 27, 1992, and a Business Names List that displays all active and inactive business names registered to the corporation.



The Corporation Profile Report will display the following: current status of corporation, registered office address, names and addresses of officers and directors, an indication of any active or expired business names registered to the corporation. Some historical information on corporate name history and amalgamations will also be included.

The Profile Report now includes:

  • Document List Identifies all documents filed since June 27, 1992, by an Ontario corporation or an extra-provincial corporation carrying on business in Ontario. Identifies the name of the document filed, the filing date and person authorizing (PAF) the filing.
  • Business Names  List of active and inactive business names, including registration dates, (new/renewal) filed by the corporation within the previous five years.

Certificate of Status a certificate issued by the Ministry of Government Services indicating the status of the corporation.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the time of the order and system availability.  Orders are processed between 8:30 am and 5pm from Monday to Friday.
