Ontario Bankruptcy Court Search

A search of Ontario Bankruptcy Court records with the option of including a search with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada Bankruptcy and Insolvency database (Federal).

Description

A search conducted at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for new or existing Bankruptcy matters on the subject business or individual name. A report will be provided outlining information found on the Bankruptcy records. Copies of court documents are not included and can be ordered separately. Additional fees apply.

Manual Bankruptcy searches in Ontario are only available in Toronto, London and Ottawa.

The (Federal) Bankruptcy & Insolvency record search will provide basic debtor information of all bankruptcies and proposals registered in Canada since 1978 and all petitions record. It will also include all receiverships registered since January 1993.
