Federal Corporate Profile Report: displays current information on the public record for the subject corporation. Information includes the legal corporation name, current status, registered office address, annual filing details, number of directors and names and addresses and some historical information.
Federal Certificate of Compliance: A one page certificate issued by Corporations Canada confirming the subject Federal corporation is in existence and has filed all required annual returns and paid all prescribed required fees.
Federal Insolvency Name Search: A search of the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy database that displays debtor information for all bankruptcies and proposals, all receiverships and recorded petitions.
- Option: Companies Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA): A search of the subject corporation to determine if it has been granted protection under the CCAA since September 18, 2009.
Federal Court & Federal Court of Appeal: a search for cases arising in the Federal domain. For example, they hear and decide cases in areas like Aboriginal Law, National Security, Intellectual Property and Immigration.
Tax Court of Canada: a search for cases where individuals and companies have litigated with the Government of Canada in cases relating to Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax and employment Insurance.
