Due Diligence Searches

Canadian Due Diligence – Do what’s Due!

After confirming a company’s existence, operating jurisdiction, and identifying its owners with our corporate and business name search services, you may choose from our Due Diligence Search services to help ‘paint a financial picture’ of the business or individual.

Conducting due diligence can be crucial as it uncovers essential information needed prior to finalizing an agreement, contract, or transaction with a business entity or individual. Our reports encompass aspects like litigation, judgment details, bankruptcy, liens, and asset sales, including both current and historical data. It is important to note that the full legal name of an individual or corporation is necessary to obtain precise information. For company name searches, consulting the originating charter documents for the accurate legal name is recommended as a best practice.
