Notice of Change – Make changes to information for an Ontario Corporation

Do you need to make changes to any of the following details about your Ontario Corporation?

  • Registered or head office address
  • Official email address
  • North American Industry Classification System primary code activity (NAICS code) *
  • Director and/or Officer details (adding and removing individuals, or make changes to their address details)

A Notice of Change (form 5284E) must be filed with the Ontario Business Registry within 15 days after the changes take place.
