The information required:
- Contact information for the application.
- The Corporation Name.
- The NAICS Activity Code and Official Email Address for the Corporation.
- The Registered office address.
- The number of Directors and the First Directors names and addresses.
- The number and types of Shares and the Rights, Privileges and conditions attached to each.
- The names and addresses of the Incorporators.
- The contact person authorizing the application.

File an Initial Return
Once your incorporation is complete, an Initial Notice must be filed within 60 days to confirm the contact information, address details and most importantly to appoint officer positions.
Change an Address, Directors, Officers or administrative information
After an Initial Return has been filed by a corporation, if there are any changes to the information filed such as the director or officer information, registered or head office address and administrative information (e.g., official email address and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) primary activity code), a Notice of Change must be filed within 15 days after the change takes place.
