The (Ontario) Ministry of Government Services no longer provides the corporate documents on Microfilm in 3 to 5 business days. The Government office now scans the documents (in-house) from the film and delivers them by email. Due to this change and the very high volume of orders they receive, they are is experiencing an excessive back-log of orders. Due to this back-log, copies of Articles can take up to 10 business days.
Please note: the filming, scanning and emailing process is done by the Ministry of Government Services and the processing time is out of our control. We will continue to monitor the situation and post updates as they become available.
