Our Story

Founded in 1995, Centro Legal Works is a privately-owned search house specializing in corporate due diligence searches, corporate filings & registrations and document legalizations across Canada. With clients across Canada and the United States, Centro services private individuals and corporations large and small with a core focus on the legal industry and financial services. With thousands of transactions completed monthly and over 500 clients, Centro has the skills, experience and expertise to deliver the information you need to make important decisions confidently.
